Nepal is one of the most deeply spiritual places I’ve ever visited and I'm thrilled to share this experience with others. It is a place of magic and wonder, where you can connect to an inner peace that may only exist near the Himalayan Mountains. Nepal, the “Roof of the World” is a spiritual mecca; the land where Buddha was born. We will visit ancient temples, take in the culture of the Kathmandu Valley and meditate in sacred spaces. Our journey will lead us to the village areas for an unforgettable trekking adventure. 

I will only be bringing 10 people on this trip. All of our transportation will be in private vans with our own English speaking guides. I have paid attention to every detail, carefully curating our trip. Our accommodations will include one of the best hotels in the Thamel area of Kathmandu and though lodges in the village areas are more rustic, the experience of trekking at the foothills of the Himalayas will take your breath away. We will be trekking the route between Ghandruk and Ghorepani in style with one porter per two people. All breakfasts and many lunches and dinners are included in the package. Daily yoga is included while in Kathmandu and daily meditation during the trek.
